As far as I know... all these buy and sell only limited to USA and Canada.
None of them allow buy and sell say from Asia countries.
There are just so many limitation in Facebook.

You need to find offers that have good conversion rates. Once you have done this you buy targeted low cost clicks to to the offer. Yes you will need a credit card so you can pay for the ads.
The Advertising Application http://apps.facebook.com/bannerapp allows you to post these offers for FREE on your Facebook profile/ page wall. So you don't need a credit card to pay for anything. There are a list off affiliate networks that you can sign up with in the instructions section of this application.

It is really true that you can make money using Facebook. You want to know how? Use Facebook to advertise your products or affiliate program.
